Prior to selecting an electronic health record (EHR) system, it is important to understand the problems it must solve and the goals it must fulfill. Health Informatics Consulting (HIC) will assist the client in defining problems, proposing solutions, and establishing realistic goals.

• How will these measures be communicated to staff?
