Workflow Analysis

The readiness assessment, process analysis, and requirements analysis are used to create a workflow map. The workflow map provides an idea of how to manage EHR features and functions to actual work activities for those using the EHR system. The workflow map may also be used to determine training schedules, and if implementation is to occur in modules, it may be used to prioritize steps for implementation.
